Cleanered is the marketplace for cleaning services in the UK. Using our platform, you can book your cleaner from our trusted network of self-employed cleaners in only 60 seconds. We personally meet and interview every one of our cleaners, so you can be sure you’re getting a cleaner that is trustworthy and reliable.
Every one of our customers is unique, so it’s a great idea to give us some guidance for your first clean. If you write a list of cleaning priorities for your cleaner, they’ll be able to tailor make a plan to clean your property.
When our cleaner arrives, show them your property and point out any important areas, breakables and surfaces that need special care. You should also show your cleaner where they can find all your cleaning products.
We do recommend that you meet and greet your cleaner for your first booking. Some of our customers decide to give their cleaner a spare key for subsequent cleans, but Cleanered does not offer a key-handling service.
You can request that your cleaner brings some products when you make your first booking. Otherwise, we recommend that you keep these supplies at home:
- Vacuum cleaner
- Cleaning cloths x 4
- Feather duster
- Scratch-free sponge
- Toilet cleaner
- Limescale remover
- Multi-purpose cleaner
If you’ve requested any additional cleaning services, you may need some other cleaning supplies, such as:
- Glass cleaner for interior window cleaning
- Oven cleaner and sponge for oven cleaning
We want you to be happy with your cleaner, so we meet, interview and vet every cleaner in our network. But we do understand that sometimes your cleaner just might not be the right fit. If this happens, simply visit your online account or get in contact with us and request a new cleaner. We’ll ask you for a reason when you do this so we can find your perfect match.
